It is with great anticipation and excitement that we announce the forthcoming publication` of two new textbooks, Global History I and Living Environment, planned for the 2020-2021 school year.

 

Global History I: A Study of the Hand of Hashem Throughout General History: 3750 BCE-1750 CE is a textbook that is designed for the frum student in mind. While keeping within the NYS general framework for high school students, the book takes a Torah-centric approach to world history. Starting from Adam Harishon’s time until the modern era, this book places our forefathers and Jews in general as the main focus around which general world history revolves. In keeping within the parameters of our mesorah, no discussions of other religions and avoda zara, or pictures relating to avoda zara, are included in the history. We look forward to sharing more news as publication approaches.

 

Living environment: A Study of the Wonders of Hashem’s Living World is a textbook designed to adhere to NYS standards while presenting the study of Biology in a fashion that stays true to our Torah outlook. In keeping in line with the directives of the Torah and our Chachamim, all objectionable material is excluded from this textbook and is instead placed into our specially designed Dah Mah Shetashiv Program.
